These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BoostMySAT website and tutoring services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

BoostMySAT provides online SAT tutoring and educational support services through independent tutors.

Tutoring sessions are conducted remotely through approved online platforms.

BoostMySAT does not guarantee specific SAT score outcomes, college admissions results, scholarships, or academic performance. Results depend on factors such as student effort, consistency, attendance, and engagement.

2. Payments

Tutoring sessions are billed on an hourly basis unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. By submitting payment information, you agree to the terms and policies of those providers.

BoostMySAT reserves the right to update pricing or service offerings at any time.

3. 1-Hour Risk-Free Trial & Refund Policy

New students may be eligible for a 1-Hour Risk-Free Trial session.

If you feel BoostMySAT is not the right fit, you may request a refund for your first tutoring session within 5 days of the session date by emailing contact@boostmysat.com.

The trial refund policy:

• Applies only to the first tutoring session

• Is limited to one refund per student or household

• Is only available if the student does not continue tutoring services after the first session

Completed tutoring sessions beyond the initial trial session are generally non-refundable.

4. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is provided at least 4 hours before the scheduled session start time.

If a cancellation occurs within 4 hours of the scheduled session, the full session price may still be charged.

Repeated no-shows or missed sessions may result in suspended scheduling privileges.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and reserve the right to handle such cases reasonably at our discretion.

5. Tutors & Scheduling

BoostMySAT works with independent tutors and may reassign tutors when necessary based on scheduling, availability, or educational fit.

Tutor availability is not guaranteed at all times, including evenings or weekends.

6. Educational Materials

Any worksheets, notes, recordings, practice problems, study plans, or educational materials shared during tutoring sessions are for personal educational use only.

These materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or publicly shared without permission.

7. Minors

Most BoostMySAT students are under the age of 18.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising participation in tutoring services and communications when appropriate.

By using our services for a minor, you confirm that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian or have permission to arrange tutoring services on their behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

BoostMySAT is not responsible for:

• Internet or technical interruptions

• Third-party platform outages

• Missed SAT registration deadlines

• Testing center issues

• Score reporting delays

• Indirect or consequential damages related to tutoring services

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

BoostMySAT does not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

BoostMySAT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
