At BoostMySAT, we aim to provide a professional and positive tutoring experience for every student and family. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. 1-Hour Risk-Free Trial

New students may be eligible for a 1-Hour Risk-Free Trial session.

If you feel BoostMySAT is not the right fit after your first tutoring session, you may request a refund within 5 days of the session date by emailing:

The trial refund policy:

• Applies only to the first tutoring session

• Is limited to one refund per student or household

• Is only available if the student does not continue tutoring services after the first session

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, requests must:

• Be submitted within 5 days of the first session

• Include the student’s name and session date

• Be sent to contact@boostmysat.com

BoostMySAT reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.

3. Sessions After the Trial

Completed tutoring sessions beyond the initial trial session are generally non-refundable.

However, BoostMySAT may review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

4. Session Cancellations

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is provided at least 4 hours before the scheduled session start time.

If a cancellation occurs within 4 hours of the scheduled session, the full session price may still be charged.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspended scheduling privileges.

5. Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues with billing or payments, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

BoostMySAT reserves the right to retain records related to payments, sessions, cancellations, refunds, and communications for legitimate business and fraud prevention purposes.
